How long does the assessment take?
Your counselor's intake review happens during the free 7-day trial, after your third reflection day. The written assessment is offered from week 4 of your plan. Your counselor may need more information before either one.
Do the three reflection days need to be consecutive?
No. Entries must cover three different local calendar days. More than one entry on the same date still counts as one reflection day.
Do I have to type my reflections?
No. You can write or speak, depending on which feels more natural to you.
Will I receive a diagnosis?
Reflectra does not promise a diagnosis. Your counselor decides what conclusions the information supports, and may ask for more information first.
Will I receive techniques during the first three days?
No. The first three reflection days focus on understanding your experiences. Techniques begin after your counselor's review. Necessary safety support does not wait.
Do I have to buy the written assessment?
No. It is optional: $149, offered from week 4, and included on the 12-month plan.
